Me and my wife attended this program with doubt that quickly changed the level of comfort and love these people showed was unobtainable before with life problems that caused us not to trust. My wife and I needed help pulling ourselves together for our kids and these people actually care about your well being...They made us feel at home even though we are from southern Illinois. We actually miss the people that worked there,we made a lot of good friends...We have now been sober for 5 months. It's a life changing experience.. My husband and I were in a very bad place in our lives and we were at the end of our rope. Turning Point welcomed us both with such kindness and even let us bring our dog, Tucker! After months of extensive research and hours’ worth of phone calls, we decided to travel across the country to put our future in the hands of Turning Point Treatment Center in Mission Viejo. It turned out to be one of the best life decisions we have made as a couple in our 9 years of marriage. With all the research we did we learned that most places are just there to take your money and don’t care about you as in individual. That is not the case with Turning Point as they made us feel very comfortable and bent over backwards to provide us with all the things we needed to get through detox and our entire stay. We were provided the tools and education on addiction to help us on our road to recovery. From the facilities to the nursing and staff, everything was very professional and clean but also not very institutionalized. If you’re serious about getting help, Turning Point is the place to go. Jeff, Tori and Robert have worked hard to build a very special place that leaves you feeling like you’re a part of their family. You will build relationships here that will last a lifetime. We must thank everyone that makes this place happen. This place is a life saver. Me and my wife traveled here to the turning point treatment center from Mobile Alabama. From the moment we came into contact with turning point staff at the airport we knew we were in the right place. The staff are caring loving and truly want to see you succeed. At this treatment center you are not just another number they care for you and will help you on your journey to recovery as much as they can. The facility is beautiful and relaxing you will feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. The facility is never over crowded with a max capacity of 3 couples or 2 couples and a individual so you can always get the individualized care you need. The meals are made professionally and are always delicious. The house manager George is amazing he will make you feel at home and gives some of the best advice. Weekends are always fun we usually go on 1 or 2 outting going to places like Dana point, Mount Saint hasinto in Palm Springs, maybe the movies, or a day trip to Los Angeles. Overall you will not be disappointed with your journey through the turning point treatment center if you want a second chance at life this is the place for you I wish y'all good luck. P.s. This treatment center is by far the most comfortable and professional facility I have seeked help in. The moment I walked through their doors the environment and staff within minutes had me feeling like I was welcome and in the comfort of my own home. They go above and beyond any other place to make sure your needs are met and still give you the privacy you need to have a great recovery. I never write yelp reviews but I had to for Turning Point because it's the least I could do for a place like this. You're not treated like another statistic, whether you have great insurance or the worst they treat everyone equally. The house manager George and his staff genuinely care for everyone that walks through these doors and I highly recommend this treatment facility to anyone seeking care, hope, sobriety and a loving environment.
